Call forwarding setup varies by provider. Most hosted PBX and VoIP platforms (RingCentral, 8x8, Vonage, Aussie Broadband) have call forwarding in the admin portal. Look for Hunt Groups, Overflow Routing, or No Answer Forwarding.
